# Produce Network > Produce Network is a members' wholesale produce supplier for London's restaurants, hotels and catering teams. Fruit, vegetables, herbs, dairy and pantry essentials, sourced daily at New Covent Garden Market and supplied on an account-specific price-locked list — prices agreed in advance and held — delivered before service, six days a week, Monday to Saturday. ## What Produce Network is Produce Network supplies London's restaurants, hotels and catering teams on a members' basis. Each member orders from an account-specific, price-locked list: the products, counts and grades agreed for the kitchen, at prices set in advance and held. Produce is bought fresh each morning at New Covent Garden Market and delivered before service, six days a week. Order, delivery note and invoice are matched line for line, so accounts never reconcile from memory. Membership keeps supply controlled and account-specific. A kitchen applies, the account is reviewed and approved, the price-locked list is built, and orders are placed by app or WhatsApp against that list. It is not a broadline catering distributor; broadline distributors are a different category of supplier with a different job, and are not compared here. ## Group supply Produce Network supplies London restaurant groups of 2 to 20 sites: one chef-defined spec delivered to every site before service, six days a week, on consolidated 30-day terms — one members' account across the group instead of a supplier per site. - [Produce supplier for restaurant groups](https://producenetwork.co.uk/restaurant-group-produce-supplier) ## Consolidation Consolidating produce suppliers across a multi-site group means one price-locked list, one delivery window per site, and one consolidated invoice — instead of 3 to 7 suppliers per site to reconcile. The same line lands the same way at every kitchen. - [Produce supplier for restaurant groups](https://producenetwork.co.uk/restaurant-group-produce-supplier) ## Pricing Pricing is account-specific and agreed at account setup, then held — so there are no surprise rates at invoice time. There are no minimums, and members are offered standard 30-day trade terms. No price figures are published, because the price is set with your figures and written down before the first order. - [Pricing](https://producenetwork.co.uk/pricing) - [Credit terms](https://producenetwork.co.uk/credit-terms) ## Honest comparison These pages set out where each specialist London produce supplier genuinely wins, and where the job Produce Network is built for is a different one. The comparison is right-frame: it sits Produce Network beside specialist and provenance-led produce peers, not broadline distributors. It is about different jobs, not superiority. - [Compare](https://producenetwork.co.uk/compare) - [Produce Network and Natoora](https://producenetwork.co.uk/compare/natoora) - [Produce Network and Wellocks](https://producenetwork.co.uk/compare/wellocks) - [Produce Network and First Choice](https://producenetwork.co.uk/compare/first-choice) ## Key pages - [Home](https://producenetwork.co.uk/) - [Produce supplier for restaurant groups](https://producenetwork.co.uk/restaurant-group-produce-supplier) - [Switching your produce supplier](https://producenetwork.co.uk/why-switch) - [Delivery before service, London](https://producenetwork.co.uk/night-delivery) - [Pricing](https://producenetwork.co.uk/pricing) - [Credit terms](https://producenetwork.co.uk/credit-terms) - [Product menu](https://producenetwork.co.uk/menu) - [Seasonal provenance](https://producenetwork.co.uk/seasonal-provenance) - [Methodology](https://producenetwork.co.uk/methodology) - [Market Journal](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal) - [The Price of the British Season: What Five Years of Wholesale Data Show](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/british-produce-price-seasonality-defra-data) - [How to Choose the Right Food Supplier for Your London Restaurant](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/how-to-choose-restaurant-food-supplier-london) - [The 8 Non-Negotiables of an Approved Restaurant Food Supplier](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/approved-restaurant-food-supplier-criteria) - [How Many Produce Suppliers Does a Restaurant Group Need?](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/how-many-produce-suppliers-restaurant-group) - [Spec Drift: Why the Same Line Arrives Differently by Site](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/spec-drift-same-line-different-by-site) - [Produce Supply at Site 3, Site 8 and Site 15](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/produce-supply-site-3-site-8-site-15) - [30-Day Credit Terms and Restaurant Cash Flow](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/restaurant-credit-terms-food-supplier) - [How Food Costs Are Impacted by Your Food Supplier Choice](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/restaurant-food-costs-supplier-impact) - [Why Transparent Pricing Protects Restaurant Margins](https://producenetwork.co.uk/journal/transparent-pricing-food-supplier-restaurants) - [Book a call to become a member](https://producenetwork.co.uk/apply) ## Open data Produce Network publishes an original, downloadable open dataset: - [UK wholesale produce price seasonality, 24 series, 2021–2025 (CSV)](https://producenetwork.co.uk/data/uk-wholesale-produce-price-seasonality-2021-2025.csv) — the cheapest and dearest month, and the price swing between them, for 24 home-grown crop series, from five-year means of Defra's weekly wholesale price series.
