Produce Network supplies fish and seafood to London restaurant kitchens by arrangement rather than from a public grid. The lines and the spec are agreed with the kitchen on a call, then join the account's price-locked list at a written price. Book a call to agree the list.

Fish and seafood are set per account, not listed on a public grid. On a call, the kitchen and the buying team agree the lines, the spec per line (cut, size, count and grade), the sourcing route, the lead time each line needs, and the quality checks applied when the drop is signed. The agreed lines join the account's price-locked list, priced in writing before the first order, and delivery runs inside the contracted 02:00–06:00 window with the rest of the account. If a line is short on the market or off the agreed grade, a like-for-like is called against the spec, and the shortfall is credited on the statement, not chased.
