Produce Network supplies every line on your price-locked list, grouped here by category. Each line is set to the agreed spec and delivered before service, six days a week, to London's restaurants, dark kitchens, hotels and catering teams.
Every member orders from an account-specific, price-locked list. The spec per line — the product, the count, the grade and the source — is set once with the chef and held on every order. Prices are agreed in advance, written down and held for the pricing period, so the invoice matches the order. If a line is short on the market, a like-for-like is called against the spec, not silently swapped. The categories below carry the current lines; the list for your account is built on a call.
