Produce Network is a wholesale produce supplier to London restaurant kitchens, and this is the vegetable list: market vegetables, roots, glasshouse lines and salad vegetables, called to the kitchen's approved spec and delivered before service. Named varieties sit beside the everyday volume — Datterini and Marinda tomatoes, Roscoff and Cevenne onions, Delica squash. Prepared lines — turned and fondant potatoes, cut veg, prepped fruit — are on the same list, chilled.
